BITM's Library is also known as Knowledge Centre, is an integral part of the Institution and also the lifeline of academic activities. The library stretches over an area of 1100.96 Sqmts with a seating capacity of about 500 members. The library has a collection of 98,897 volumes of Books with 10,821 Titles are on Engineering, Management, and Humanities. Library subscribes to 48 print copies of National & International Journals as per the AICTE requirement. E-resource subscribed through VTU-Consortium with 1681 e-Journals (Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Springer Nature, Institute of Civil Engineers, UK and Emerald: Management) and 11,111e-Books (Packt, Taylor & Francis, McGraw-Hill Education, Elsevier & New Age International) and also Technology Platforms are Kimbus (Remote Access and Mobile App), Net Analytics Platform (writing Grammar Tool) and Turnitin (Plagiarism Software Online Tool). Digital library upgraded with 6 Terabyte data of VTU - NPTEL Video lectures, and PDF from VTU E-learning, Mysuru. The library is a member of the VTU-Consortium and National Digital Library of India (NDL). The library has Security systems with a Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV).
